Rkatsiteli Qvevri wine vintage 2021 - wine is made on Kakhetian style in Qvevri from Ruispiri village vineyard, the age of vine is more than 45 years. Rkatsiteli is Georgia’s most popular and widely planted grape variety from Kakheti viticulture region for making white wine. The fermentation was performed by Wild yeast, for 7 months was contact with skins, with result it has robust, distinctive and high in tannin's and mouth-filling acidity. You can find aromas such as Green apple, citrus, raw nuts, quince, tropical fruit, dried apple, some spices and walnuts. Kakhetian style Qvevri Rkatsiteli wines have become the best match for the Eastern Georgian cuisine a boiled beef, barbecue, lamb dishes, cheese. Bottling date: 16/09/2022 Contains sulfite.
