Cancellation, Delivery, and Return Policy
1. Reservation Cancellations
- Up to 7 Days Before the Visit: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 7 days before the scheduled visit for a full refund. Cancellations made within this period will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Within 7 Days of the Visit: Cancellations made within 7 days of the visit will be refunded at 50% of the total reservation cost. This policy allows us to cover the preparations and resources allocated for your experience.
- Day of the Visit: Unfortunately, cancellations made on the day of the visit are non-refundable. If circumstances prevent you from attending, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you on another date.
2. Product Returns
- Damaged or Defective Products: If any purchased product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and availability.
- Unopened Products: We accept returns for unopened products within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging and in good condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Product Deliveries
- Delivery to Tbilisi: Orders are delivered within 3 days and can be picked up at the post office or delivered directly to your address.
- Delivery to Greece: Delivery time is 10–14 days, available to Thessaloniki or Athens.
- Delivery to Germany: Delivery time is 14–20 days, available to Stuttgart.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
