We offer a selection of three wines to taste: Rkatsiteli Qvevri amber dry wine, Saperavi Qvevri red dry wine, and Saperavi Qvevri dessert wine – Rostwine (fortified wine). All these wines are produced by our family winery using traditional Georgian winemaking methods.

Our mtsvadi is made from carefully selected cuts of pork, grilled over vine wood to achieve a distinctive smoky flavor. We season the meat with coarse sea salt, rub it thoroughly, and grill it to perfection.

For vegetarian guests, we also offer a vegetarian barbecue option, featuring grilled seasonal vegetables prepared with Georgian spices and cooked over vine wood, providing a rich and aromatic flavor.

To complete the experience, we serve fresh bread, local cheese, jams, and other traditional Georgian sides that perfectly complement both the wine and the mtsvadi.

If you need transportation, we can also arrange a transfer car service from Signagi or Tbilisi for an additional fee. We are happy to help make your visit as convenient and comfortable as possible.

For guests wishing to extend their visit, we offer accommodation in our guesthouse. We have two cozy rooms, each with a private bathroom, providing a comfortable option to stay overnight and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of our family winery.
