13:15 – Visit Alaverdi Monastery
Explore the iconic 6th-century Alaverdi Cathedral — an important symbol of Georgian heritage.

Start your visit with a guided tour through our historical winery:

14:40 – 18:00 – Khinkali Masterclass, Food & Wine Tasting (3–4 hours)

• Hands-on Khinkali making masterclass
• Traditional Georgian feast (salads, cheese, barbecue & house specialties)
• Qvevri wine tasting (4–5 varieties)
• Relaxing time with the winemaker and local stories

18:00 – Departure to Tbilisi
