Day 1 — From Tbilisi or Sighnaghi to Telavi: Culture, Food & Wine

10:30 – Pickup from Your Accommodation
Your driver meets you at your hotel or apartment in Tbilisi or Sighnaghi. Enjoy a scenic and comfortable drive to Kakheti.

12:30 – Visit Telavi Bazaar (30 minutes)
Explore the lively local market with tastings of:
• Fresh seasonal fruits
• Georgian herbs and spices
• Tushetian cheese
• Traditional breads

13:15 – Visit Alaverdi Monastery (30 minutes)
Discover the iconic 6th-century Alaverdi Cathedral, one of Georgia’s most important historical sites.

14:00 – Arrival at Rostomaant Marani

14:00 – Wine Cellar Tour
Guided visit through our historical winery:
• Learn about Qvevri winemaking traditions
• Explore the wine cellar
• Hear stories about local grape varieties and Georgian wine history
(Duration: ~30–40 minutes)

14:40 – 18:00 – Khinkali Masterclass, Feast & Wine Tasting (3–4 hours)
Enjoy a hands-on culinary and wine experience:
• Khinkali making masterclass (optional)
• Traditional Georgian feast (salads, cheese, barbecue & house specialties)
• Qvevri wine tasting (4–5 varieties, including rare local grapes)
• Relaxing time with the winemaker

18:00 – Free Time in Telavi
Guests may relax in the guesthouse, explore Telavi center or Nadikvari Park.

Overnight stay at Rostomaant Marani guesthouse.

Day 2 — Breakfast, Culture & BBQ Experience

09:00–10:00 – Breakfast
Homemade Georgian breakfast served at the guesthouse.

10:30 – Visit Telavi Landmarks
Choose one:
• Telavi History Museum
• The Giant 900-year-old Plane Tree

12:00 – Return to Rostomaant Marani
• BBQ making experience
• Wine tasting round 2
• Crispy fried Khinkali tasting
Warm farewell with homemade wine and Georgian hospitality.

15:00–16:00 – Departure to Tbilisi or Sighnaghi
Comfortable transfer back to your hotel or meeting point.
